By accessing or using the Volot Systems platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers.

Volot Systems Ltd provides an AI-powered advertising automation platform that assists brands and agencies with media strategy, planning, activation, optimisation, and reporting. Features and functionality may change at any time at our discretion.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@volot.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• Upload content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service to transmit unsolicited commercial communications.
• Share access credentials or resell access to the Service without our written consent.

All content, software, algorithms, and materials provided through the Service are the property of Volot Systems Ltd or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your internal business purposes only.

You retain ownership of any data you upload to the Service. By using the Service you grantVolot Systems Ltd a limited licence to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service. We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a subscription basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any particular advertising outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Volot Systems Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data for a period required by law before deletion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
